Can wii help control gestational diabetes?
( St. Michael's Hospital ) Researchers at St. Michael's Hospital want to offer women recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes a Nintendo wii gaming console, a wii Fit activity platform and two activity-promoting games to see whether the women get more exercise and thereby lower their blood glucose levels and decrease the need for insulin.
